Refunds, Cancellations & Terms of Service Payment Policy
All lessons, coaching sessions, workshops, and experiential programs must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Riding Lessons, Coaching Sessions & Mentorship
(Private & Group Sessions)
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be issued as a credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
Same-Day Cancellations & Emergencies
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
In the case of a true emergency, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be granted at our discretion if communication is received prior to the scheduled session.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without communication will forfeit the full session fee.
Weather Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather conditions deemed unsafe (including rain, lightning, or severe conditions).
Weather-related decisions are made at our discretion.
In these cases, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for weather-related rescheduling.
Workshops & Experiential Programs
(Half-day, full-day, and group experiences)
Registration
Full payment is required to reserve your spot.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event:
Will receive a credit toward a future event.
Minus a 20% administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event:
Non-refundable and not eligible for credit, but
May be transferred to another participant with advance notice.
Transfers
You are welcome to transfer your spot to another person by notifying us prior to the event.
Credits
Credits may be used toward any future session, lesson, or workshop.
Credits are valid for 6–12 months from the original booking date.
Equine-Facilitated Coaching & Gestalt Work
All sessions are experiential in nature and designed to support awareness, growth, and connection.
If something doesn’t feel aligned or supportive, please reach out so we can make it right- either through a financial reimbursement or the rendering of additional services.

Safety & Participation
Working with horses carries inherent risk. All participants are expected to follow safety guidance at all times.
Injury or Inability to Continue
If a client is unable to continue due to injury or unforeseen circumstances:
Remaining sessions may be credited or refunded, and/or
Alternative ground-based sessions may be offered when appropriate.

This space is built on respect, communication, and connection—both with horses and with each other. Clear boundaries allow us to hold that space with integrity for everyone involved.
