Horses Are My Truth
I was in British Columbia for Gestalt training, walking the round pen with my statements\u2014trying to figure out who I was meant to be. The horse wouldn\u2019t join up. I kept walking, unsure. Searching.
Then my mentor said softly,
\u201cTruth is\u2026 horses are your truth.\u201d
And I felt it, deep in my core.
Yes. Yes, they are.
In that exact moment, the horse walked over and joined me\u2014no pressure, no command. Just truth.
It was a soul-level reminder of what I\u2019ve always known but couldn\u2019t quite name:
This is the work I\u2019m here to do. This is who I am.<\/p>\n
That day didn\u2019t just change how I saw horses\u2014it changed how I saw myself. The horse didn\u2019t need control or command.
It needed truth.
Presence.
Alignment.<\/p>\n
