A minimum of 24 hours\u2019 notice is required to cancel or reschedule.<\/span>
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours\u2019 notice will be issued as a credit toward a future session.<\/span>
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours\u2019 notice are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.<\/span>
Same-Day Cancellations & Emergencies<\/span>
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.<\/span>
In the case of a true emergency, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be granted at our discretion if communication is received prior to the scheduled session.<\/span>

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without communication will forfeit the full session fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Weather Policy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather conditions deemed unsafe (including rain, lightning, or severe conditions).
Weather-related decisions are made at our discretion.
In these cases, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for weather-related rescheduling.<\/p>\n

If a client is unable to continue due to injury or unforeseen circumstances:
Remaining sessions may be credited or refunded, and\/or
