Whisper With Horses

    I recently graduated from Touched By A Horse Equine Facilitator's course and I am now licensed as an Equine facilitator™.  What does this mean for you? It means I have taken an intensive training course and have access to 18 different trade marked and copyrighted experiential workshops that are one of a kind! Starting  in the spring of 2025 I will be hosting workshops with my equine partners!      Why are horses so powerful as a teaching tool? Let me tell you a few important pieces of information about horses.  Being prey animals they have an innate ability to sense their environment around them, they have evolved to do this over hundreds of years to survive in the wild . Which in turn puts horses in tune with human emotions and provides feedback. When we observe this feedback it helps us understand and process our own feelings and internal dialog. Arizona studies have shown horses also have an ability to lower blood pressure and heart rates, cortisol levels and regulate your nervous system! The Heart Math Institute has studies on horse’s hearts being ten times larger than humans and emitting such a significant electromagnetic field, powerful enough that when we enter this field it changes our own heart rate variability to match theirs! I’ve always said horses are truly magical in their healing abilities and we have studies now to support this!

    Knowing all of this helps me put together and design workshops that are life changing for its participants.
